You know, it is really sad to see how people are celebrating his death on social media. We, as a country, have taken a step backwards with the hatred.
If your empathy is totally dependent upon having an R or D by your name you are a sad human. I do not have much respect for any politician for the fact I think the vast majority of them are crooked people. But all of those people had life before politics. They leave behind family and friends that were there before they became a public figure. I respect the people that decide to enter the political world BUT I think that world corrupts a ton of them over time.

Are you mourning the guy that openly admitted to putting Israel above the US? This appears to be the only way the swamp will ever get drained. Let Karma cook.
It has always felt any war we enter is usually the US putting another country above ourselves. The current situation is no different than past situations IMHO. Of course I only on coffee #1 and am usually incorrect regardless lol

When 80+% of our politicians are funded by AIPAC these are the outcomes we've grown accustomed to. I wish the people would use logic, common sense and a hefty dose of research before casting their votes. Sadly over 90% just choose based on a letter in front of names.

Hatred? These 2 led the charge of hatred, particularly against each other.
It’s just politics? Well maybe it’s just politics for those on social media for as well.

Maybe it’s time for these “leaders” to actually lead with class instead of using media as a cesspool of hate they help create.

“I think Lindsey Graham is a disgrace, and I think you have one of the worst representatives of any representative in the United States, and I don’t think he should run,” Trump said about the South Carolina senator at a campaign event in front of the lawmaker’s home-state crowd. “I don’t think he could run for dog catcher in this state and win again. I really don’t. Other than that, I think he’s wonderful.”

But celebrating someone's death?

And so many profit simply via the military industrial complex. So any conflicts can produce profits for the politicians. My point is that we rarely go to war over anything that directly impacts the US. It is usually the US supporting our allies. Which at times I am not for, for obvious reasons.

But celebrating someone's death?

One should never celebrate the loss of a life even if one is glad to see them out of office.

I hope every starter for LSU misses the opener but I don’t want them to be injured.

(Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham said the U.S.-Israel war with Iran will result in a windfall for America.

“When this regime goes down, we are going to have a new Mideast, and we are going to make a ton of money,” Graham, a hawkish South Carolina lawmaker, told Fox News on Sunday, March 8.)

Lindsey made his positions known about celebrating death of others. We don’t need a CONSTANT history lesson about how awful Iranian leaders are. He’s thrilled about taking the sovereignty and oil of another country, and the casualties of their people be damned.

I’m a red blooded American. I would never celebrate the death of anyone. I would never belittle my political opponents about them going to hell. As a political leader, he was vile with his rhetoric domestic and abroad.

I won’t celebrate his passing but I understand why others would. He certainly did. He loved when others suffered for outcomes he wanted.

Not sure how someone could say the guy was a patriot. He supported war at every turn. Literally any disagreement should have been met with military response in his eyes. Do I wish death? No, but the government will be better off when politicians like him aren’t involved. And that goes for either party.

Yep, that kind of behavior is absolutely reprehensible, right? I mean, what kind of sh!tty person goes on social media and celebrates a political foe's death?

You do realize you cannot agree with everything a president does while also believing he was the best choice at the time.

No one is talking about choosing a president, so that's not really relevant to this discussion

The issue at hand is people condemning others - rightfully so? - for celebration on social media of a political figure's death

I just want to see the outrage applied equally. Otherwise it's just more partisan bullcrap

If and since this is the case, then maybe these people aren’t actually principled people to begin with.

People gave **** to Paul Ryan? Why? Cause he didn’t want to continue over the red line he felt he was having to cross? And he left with a soul intact. The same soul so many Christians claim to say we are losing.

These pathetic brandings of RINOs are a direct reflection that people WANT corruption whether they realize it or not. Cause they don’t pledge loyalty to a PARTY BRAND? That’s why we all suffer.

Massey and Khanna? You may not agree with their politics but I feel decent that they are working for the average US citizen.
