John “Hova” Herron is the acquisition coordinator, sounds like someone who would work for Raymond
for my Blacklist peeps. He’s known in college football circles for recruiting and player personnel work. He was most recently a scouting consultant at Texas, and before that he was Louisville’s director of recruiting and spent years at Florida in recruiting and player personnel.
Leah Barnard was promoted into a full-time recruiting role as Assistant Director of Recruiting. She was already a student worker and recruiting operations assistant, helping with recruiting logistics and campus visits. Now she’ll be overseeing official and unofficial visits, organizing events, managing communications with prospects and things like that.
Dylan Sanders is a new inside linebacker coach. He was at UK from 2016 to 2018, then spent 4 years as DC and inside linebackers coach at Murray State. He’s coming from one of the top HS programs in Tennessee, Ensworth in Nashville where he was the DC.
Rob Snyder is and assistant D line coach who will focus on the edge guys.
