Let's play another game...In Cal's last season, he had TWO guards drafted in the Top 5 of the NBA draft and was a #3 Seed....Those types of Duke Standards? Then we got the crap kicked out of us by the Oakland Golden Grizzlies in the round of 64. In his last FIVE seasons at UK, he won exactly ONE NCAAT. Game. Those Standards? Keep pining away for Cal.

I could understand him going to Arizona, Illinois, or Gonzaga, etc because of their track record with overseas talent. Losing Kusturica to Mick Cronin is tough. That's one we shouldn't lose.

And you sound like a closet Duke fan, acting really jealous of a team that hasn't won a championship in a Decade either

Are you aware of the fact that UCLA has two Serbian assistant coaches? Do you think that could have had a major impact on this recruitment?

How much do you think a kid from Serbia truly knows about Cronin's character and background beyond what the Serbian assistants are telling him? Who do you think he is most likely to trust on the subject?

I don't know the kid, but these days, with minimal effort, one of the LLM models could easily have done the research for him and spelled it out. Are you saying people from Serbia can't use the Internet or ChatGPT?
