Dear Setonians,

As we prepare to begin a new academic year, I'm pleased to share exciting news about For All, Forever: A Campaign for a Greater Seton Hall. Nearly one year after the public launch of the largest campaign in University history, we have reached a remarkable milestone: more than $200 million raised toward our $225 million goal.

This achievement reflects the extraordinary generosity and commitment of the Seton Hall community and brings us closer to realizing our vision for the future: a University where students of all backgrounds can access a Seton Hall education, expand their horizons through experiential learning, and cultivate their God-given talents with the support of outstanding faculty, mentorship, and research opportunities.

Guided by the leadership of our president, Monsignor Joseph Reilly, this campaign is helping strengthen the Catholic mission that has defined our University for 170 years. Through investments in our people, programs, and campus, we are creating new opportunities for students to grow intellectually, professionally, and spiritually, preparing them to serve their communities and lead lives of purpose.

Already, the impact of the campaign is being felt across the University. Through the support of our Priest Community, we have launched campus beautification and renovation projects, expanded scholarship opportunities for first-generation students, and advanced a range of other priorities. A transformative estate gift is helping increase access to our world-class College of Nursing, while a significant in-kind contribution has enhanced our laboratory facilities and strengthened our research capabilities.

These examples represent only a small portion of the support that has helped move the campaign forward. Our success to date has been made possible by contributions of every size and from every corner of the Seton Hall community.

We have also seen strong engagement throughout the campaign. Through roadshow events held across the country, alumni, parents, families, and friends have gathered to celebrate and support the University's future. Campaign volunteers, faculty, and administrators have hosted and attended events, shared their personal experiences, and spoken with prospective donors about the people and programs that make Seton Hall special.

Reaching this milestone is a shared accomplishment. It reflects not only the generosity of our supporters, but also the efforts of countless members of the Seton Hall community who have helped build awareness, strengthen relationships, and encourage others to invest in the University.

With $25 million left to raise, our work is not yet complete. I invite you to join us as we build on this momentum and work together to make Seton Hall stronger for generations to come.

With gratitude,
Jon Paparsenos '99
Vice President for University Advancement

On the Trove when we were discussing Monsignor Reilly's work at Seton Hall there were question on exactly what he has done in his two years at the school. I listed some of what I was told.

In this case I want to say that a huge component of a President’s job is fundraising. The Monsignor is involved in countless meetings and travels throughout the country to collect for the school as much money as possible.
