Out of bird feeders!? I’ve read all th tricks and tried a couple to no avail. My solution is a pellet gun but my daughters won’t let me. Any for sure remedies from y’all?

Train yourself to not give a 17 about squirrels getting in your bird feeders. That’s the solution that worked for me.
Go to tractor supply. Buy a solar hot wire. Wrap around the pole.
I watched 2 raccoons get into a fight when one got into the hot wire. Guess it thought the other bit him.

Fry them in a skillet, make a nice gravy and throw em in the crockpot for about 4 hours
Never understood the obsession with keeping squirrels away from feeders. They're much more entertaining to watch than most birds.
Tall Shepards crook with slinkies threaded around the straight part. Then baffles above the slinkies. It works for the most part. Every now and then one gets by all that but it is really rare.

That's the same setup that worked for me. That and not hanging feeders close to any plants they can climb and jump from.

2nd thisI have one of these. It works. Kinda spendy at $40ish but you recoup your investment over time due to the squirrels not dumping all the bird seed on the ground.

Your local game warden would like to speak to you about hunting out of season.
Milk jug. Cut the bottom out and tie a string from the feeder to the jug so it hangs. The squirrels can climb to the feeder but can't reach due to being inside the jug.
