Not at all, good individual pieces, just a small class. Doesn’t have the volume to move it up. 26 is a great class.
That makes sense. And I assume with Iowas historically low turnover (relatively speaking) they will have small classes from time to time.

As was stated before, the 2028 class is an important one. The in state recruiting will be important and they are high on the list of some top guys. I am assuming that Nawrot/Britt were thrown a bag of cash.
Every once in a while we, Iowa, should be throwing the bigger bag of cash.

Get with the program and pay up.

Well, a cash cow NIL donor would be nice, I will say that. However, I am assuming they had to pay up for Diaz (Alabama, Kentucky, Illinois), Phillips (Penn State, Rutgers), James (MSU, BC, Wake), Hawkins (Wisky, Kentucky), Tyler Brown (FSU, LSU)...These are just a few. I am assuming there were bags involved in landing these guys.

Aren't the guys we have good, just not many of them?
Ya never know who is going to end up being a high-caliber contributor.

That said - We’ve landed the lowest-rated QB offered.

Also the lowest-rated, or second-lowest(?) rated RB offered.

Also…the lowest-rated Tight End offered.

And zero of the wide receivers offered. Some of these WRs have decided on schools such as UNLV, Florida Atlantic, Texas State, and Missouri State over Iowa.

Correct

Class rankings are heavily weighted on how many are in the class. 13 commits is on the low end. The class is currently all 3-stars (86.33 avg). If they were to secure 6-7 more kids of the same grade, the class ranking would ascend accordingly and most likely end up in the mid-30s nationally. That is typically where Iowa finishes.

There is still time.

Holy crap. I haven't been paying attention. That's awful, especially the WR group.

That second lowest ranked running back was offered by Cignetti. He’s a pretty good talent evaluator.

We have offered, at a minimum, 17 wide receivers, landing none.

As disappointing as it is, we just haven’t developed a passing game yet that our lead recruiters can use in their recruiting pitch.

Really, really hoping Tim Lester can get things going a bit (through the air) so our offense can be appealing to 2028 recruits.

If Bud was as bad as some of you say don't you think Lester would have replaced him? I 'll trust him over some of you so-called experts.
Same crowd that really hates KF and uses any bit of negativity, most of it made up, to trash the program any way they can.

Results just haven't been impressive.

That's indisputable.
It's talked about nationally and the other problem is KF's age is also used in negative recruiting.

Things won't change until the offense wins games.
Get accustomed to one score games decided in the 4Q again this season.
