Got my Cats Pause KY Football Yearbook today. Spoiler alert, it's not as good as in years past...

1 They have a roster but no pics of all the guys on the team like they have done in years past
2 In past years they have had thumbnail sketches of every HS team in the state and broke down each district
This year they only pick the top five teams in every class
I do want to say the article about Ben Myers is a must read, That kid has been through Hell. If you can't root for him you have a serious problem.
The interviews with the coaches are pretty good but much of it is old news
Just my opinion which means nothing
Really looking forward to this season and am hard on the Will Stein wagon
There is an article about Mr Football candidates

I was going to buy one on the way to work tonight but I've been convinced otherwise.

There are pics and articles of about six or seven players but just a roster with no pics of the rest of the team.
HS coverage was way down from past years.
Again, the article about Ben Myers is very inspiring.

I assume it’s bc it’s a lot less profitable than it use to be so there’s less spending to make it as comprehensive as it use to be. Sucks but I blame the Internet and social media filling in the gap more than corporate greed in this case.

Back in the day you wouldn’t know if Graves County was going to be good or not. Nowadays they got their own Twitter account talking about their prospects, practices, and schedule. Back in the day, you wouldn’t get much UK football news outside of spring practice but pieces are on the internet everyday now

Yes no doubt the net has really hurt news papers and magazines.

I mean, NO ONE knows these guys now. Honestly, if I was a reporter/writer I would find it really difficult to even want to interview guys that aren't going to be here the next season, maybe even sit the current one. Such a different world now, sadly.
