SC baseball broadcasts are tough enough to listen to. You have sponsors for homeruns, mound visits, pitching changes, strikeouts, batter tying his shoelace......

Wow. If they are committed to going this route, it seems like there are probably sponsors out there that could have come up with a bigger payday than that. $1m per team is about the equivalent of a $2 per ticket increase.

If Carolina goes in that direction, BMW would be the perfect match.
The partnership and benefit for both the state of SC and BMW is the way these state recruitment deals should always go and not anything like the Scout boondoggle.
