Credit to Greg and crew for finding a formula for Summer recruiting success. 3 straight years of a massive recruiting win in the Summer.

Huge commitment from this stud RB
Quick acceleration and bounces off of tacklers. Good hands for receiving passes. Huge crowds at those South Carolina HS games.

Roster size not a thing anymore? I guess we had an open slot? Another question I have is how did he suddenly graduate HS after 3 years?

It is, the limit is 105 total players. However the DSAs don’t count towards the limit and thus Rutgers had spots open.

If you have the grades, it’s actually very easy to do now a days.

the best is now they've taken his football comments to satiate their egos at losing him to us with, 'mental health, doesn't love football type kid, dodged a bullet' type comments

Too little imo, even the 105 has teams scared because of the possibility of injuries.

I'm not so sure.

33 offensive players (1st through 3rd team)

33 defensive players (1st through 3rd team)

22 red shirts (11 O and 11 D)

12 special team players (3 holders, 3 snappers. 3 punters, 3 kickers)

That's 100 and seems to me more than enough. I mean do we really need 3 holders who have no other purpose?

No surprise there. Everybody knows how big Rutgers bag is.
Just ask Ian Strong or Mo Toure.
You clearly have no clue about Strong's NIL situation with this comment.

But kudos for faking that you slept at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

I believe our current LB Moses Walker flipped from Penn St. to Rutgers.
I don't recall him committing to State Penn. I do recall he visited them and then drove straight to Rutgers on the way back and committed to the program.

McClary committed to State Penn shortly after a visit in June of2024. A week later, he decommitted from PSU and committed to Rutgers. Walker's final two schools were PSU and Rutgers. Walker took an unofficial visit to Rutgers, then an official visit to PSU. Shortly after his PSU visit, he committed to Rutgers. Wydeek was offered by Rutgers first, and right after that, PSU went after him with a full court press. PSU made him a priority since he was a PA kid. Rutgers wins out. I think there are a few more, but I can't remember them right now.

Jersey kids are still buying what PSU is offering, but fewer PA kids are falling for it. Part of the problem for PSU is the lack of giving sizeable NIL to incoming HS kids.
