That's putting it mildly. Either the UMass game or the Howard game could have been a Black Out game since both are at night.
330 is more or less a night game in the 2nd half. Could've done it that day for sure.
At the bottom of the email I received directly from Rutgers it says “The Blackout: stay tuned”

Nice try. That wasn't on the release video that they shared. Poor release by Rutgers to have a separate video and pic. And it wasn't in the initial image shared by DJ Spanky that's above as well. They added it later
