If the "sell my organs" line doesn't wave a red flag, I don't know what would.
9 outa 10 times the victims of con men are incredibly careless with their money.
Expensive life lesson.

Most victims today are elderly who have lost the ability you promote with pride. They are the vulnerable and the cons take advantage of their vulnerability. Not careless. Vulnerable. They worked hard for their retirements and evil people devise new ways everyday to con them. Don’t be so harsh. Ask an FBI agent what they see every day. Maybe the victims are not as sophisticated as you, but they are not unsympathetic.

I know a young woman who loves an addict. One con is to look at the detention center rosters that are published online and then search the internet for people connected to those who are in jails for say a DUI. They tell the loved one that their son/daughter/boyfriend can get out of jail once a bond is arranged and they tell them bond can be made on line. People are grieving the addiction of their loved one and caught off guard and don’t think about the fact they could be victimized. It’s not so clean as you make it.

Stupid enough to forget which foot he “broke” during the Gonzaga game🤣
This definitely makes me wonder if the injury was legit or if he just wanted to ensure another year of NIL. I always thought he could have came back, but now I wonder if he was ever even really injured at all.

This is the stupid claim you made. Not that cases plea, but that people who plea don’t go to jail and don’t admit guilt. You are a fool.
He may be referring to an Alford plea. I’m no lawyer and cannot comment on these legal arguments on this board. I can say he ought to have to serve time if guilty. Also as a nonlawyer I often am surprised that large fraud cases result in more tome served than murder. I don’t know what that says about our society.

This is one of the potential pitfalls of the portal, one red flag could be someone that has played at 3 or 4 schools and has eligible left after that. Him being here in the first place was a head scratcher to some anyway.

He most definitely is discussing an Alford plea. That is extremely rare in federal prosecutions.
