I think it’s time to start a thread for the poster that isn’t afraid to step outside of the left or right cult following. The poster that can form his/her own ideas and isn’t afraid to call things out.

The one poster I’ll say that is actually open to these things is the same poster I nominated last year. @NDallasRuss is one of few posters that I have come across that will actually read a comment and respond accordingly. Most posters will simply see who is making the comment and respond accordingly.
Only crappy thing is that I wouldn’t consider him a regular poster, that or I just don’t see him post as much as all the other crappy posters on here. Which is no knock on him, I just don’t consider him meeting the criteria for end of year awards.

You say there are others and then list posters that are nothing like Dallas. The only one somewhat close is Alaska guy. Some days he has an open mind and other days he will make close minded comments towards posters based on the reputation of that poster. Tenacious and moral aren’t even close. Hell I’d put moral up there in the running as WPOTY. Don’t know much about the other posters which clearly means they would be in the mid category.
so back to my original comment, no one is POTY worthy.
