I guess the stadium from the exterior will look like a construction site this summer and fall, but I assume this will all be complete by September 2027. I will say whoever decision to tear down the southwest ramp, adding stairs in the west entrance should be fired . If you want to improve the concourse, concession stands and bathrooms fine but messing with exterior part of the stadium for renovations was not needed. Nor adding seats in southwest part of the stadium.

I don't know the details about the planned timeframe, but I suspect things will not be back to normal around the stadium by September 2027. The fans who are being relocated to make room for the suites aren't even going to be displaced from their seats this season.

Displacement happens prior to the 2027 season ticket sales. I assume we will have to make a decision then regardless if it is finished. I've been told I will have to raise my scholarship level and pay an additional $4,000 if I want to have a chance to keep my seats. I plan to forego my usual 4 tickets in the West and look for 2 in the South to pass to my boys. I'm done with it. This is the 55th year of membership and I got my super cool 10, 25 and 50 year tokens from the GC club that shows me how much they appreciate our 55 years of contribution. The only thing useful from all this is hopefully the generations of membership and contribution will help my son get accepted when he applies to attend this year.
