I hate stoppage time. I get why they needed it 100 years ago. But just stop the clock when there’s a stoppage & end the game on 90:00. We have the technology.
Rules analyst said there is a chip in the ball that tells the VAR official when the ball touches a player. I hope that worked properly because there was no way you could tell if the player headed it or not just by looking at it.
I told my wife when they scored it was coming back. Dude was way offsides.
Whenever I tell my wife I’ll be home at 5:30, and she bítches at me when I walk in at 5:35, I always tell her that she didn’t account for stoppage time.
I would actually argue that they also had the technology 100 years ago.
