So we have a heat wave. Many states recommend a thermostat temp to 78 to conserve energy/power at the most demanding parts of the cycle. This is not a socialist, conservative, liberal push point just common sense to be all for each other. Now you have dingbat people that were former governors house speakers current candidates for governor rehashing right wing talking points because a certain mayor put out a sensible and responsible reminder. Same type of reminders done in Texas Florida South Carolina among other states. By the way Texas had an unreasonable cold spell a few winters go where people died from lack of heat and power. I don't recall the right wing chorus being heard then.
