Major setback for St. John's. We were in big on this guy at one time too. Guess we're not the only ones with the injury bug. Sorry to hear this for the kid and team.

Wow. Who could have possibly foreseen this guy being injured. Again. Huh. It's not like he has a history of this or anything. Yet, everyone was freaking out about losing him.

I mean people would have every right to be upset. I was upset at losing him for sure but he was a risk. Going hard after him in the first place after JQ made no sense but until that point Pope needed talent and had to take risks sadly.
He’s just one of those guys who will never be healthy. Whatever it is his body can’t handle the stress of playing. He plays less than AD or Porzingis.
I seen a lot of posters screaming whiff but to each their own. At the end of the day I played 6 seasons in the league, let me cook and evaluate talent.
