You misspelled BenderMuch rather have Monte Ellis.![]()
We can agree to disagree. You misspelled Outlaw.
I was just playfully adding to the list of elite prospects who were heading to MSU but never wore maroon. We can agree to disagree.
MSU is definitely a tourney & could have been a Sweet 16 caliber team in 1990-2000 with Bender as a freshman instead of 14-16 (5-11) with Robert Jackson, Tang Hamilton, Marckell Patterson, Gholar, Zimmerman, Gholar, Antonio Jackson. Bender would have been a star with a solid supporting cast. This was Stans 2d year and just preceded the Mario Austin & Lawrence Roberts teams.
Outlaw would have been a freshman in 2003-2004 with a nucleus of Lawrence Roberts, Timmy Bowers, Winsome Frazier, Shane Power, Branden Vincent. This team went 26-4. I never thought Outlaw would have been more than the 7th/8th man in the rotation and would not have changed the results. I seriously don't know how much he would have played at least as a freshman.
Well he does flop like a man with a 2" penis.Looks like a dwarf hand, for a 6 ft 9inch man.
For certain. The gap between the league and college is wider now than in the past. His health would be the issue. But shorter games and fewer games so who knows. I think there are 14th & 15th men in the league who could be SEC POY, just not Bronny James.In-thread hijack just for shíts and giggles….
50-year-old LeBron James.
Would he / will he still be able to play basketball and excel at the P4 / SEC level?
Its interesting to think about. Quick google search shows that the max age before NBA retirement in the modern era is 43-44 years old. Robert Parrish, Kevin Willis, and Vince Carter all got to that general threshold. For certain. The gap between the league and college is wider now than in the past. His health would be the issue. But shorter games and fewer games so who knows. I think there are 14th & 15th men in the league who could be SEC POY, just not Bronny James.
5 & 2 in the NBA is like 15 & 8 in college or better.Carter is now 49, was only at 5.0 ppg / 2.1 rpg in his last season in 2020. No way could he still play NCAA, either. LeBron might be the first one who legitimately could be able to do it.
