Can we get some of this at NU?

no.. because weak leaders hire "yes" men.. buddies, acquaintances, coaches related to 5 star recruits, hot (or not) girls that they want to bang.. etc.. there is no morality here.. why would we listen to an Asian culture that makes sense and has a hint of honor to it? Our way is all about short term gains and whatever is necessary to appease the stock holders, at the long term expense of said program.

Here is an interesting video.. it's about cars.. what Ford and Toyota are doing in light of Tesla.. the difference in approach falls exactly on these same lines that I have outlined.

It’s kind of funny that Korea’s president is criticizing ‘loyalty and factionalism over competence’ when he seems to be a big fan of it himself
