Japan must be the safest civilization on earth

I was very impressed with their culture when I was there. Now, there's tons of aspects to "culture", so what im referring to here is how everything was so freaking clean, and orderly, and safe.
We could never have nice things like that in america. They would be vandalized too soon.

There are lots of places in America with very nice things. How nice an area is is generally determined by demographics.
Immigration of all nationalities. Add to that the government hand outs that make some people feel entitled and have no respect for anything. Doubt they have people hanging from the traffic signals or looting stores for no reason.
Or, have to deal with an entitled subculture that completely eschews law, rules, regulations, personal responsibility and education.
I remember being in Naples. If there is a nastier, dirtier place in the world, I don't want to visit. Also, they are all NASCAR driver wannabes. I was there recently. And it was the same 63 years ago as well. The more things change, the more they stay the same. But Italy has a hot looking Prime Minister. So they have that going for them.
