Watched a you tube video of Ethan Harris this AM. It was a high school game where he scored 31 points and had 15 rebounds. He will need to get stronger but man can he handle the basketball, pass and score. He has great length at 6'9" and his wingspan. I think he'll surprise some folks this fall.

Passing, scoring, and ball handling are VIP assets but it is apparent now, under McCollum, that his ticket to playing time is defensive skill and effort. From what I’ve seen, he has pretty good footwork and rebounding skill but will need to work on his quickness. Impressive shot blocking skill in high school, hopefully that translates. Like just about every other freshman, he has some work ahead of him.

You are correct, he had multiple blocks in the video.

I like Harris, but he may take a while to develop as he’s coming in this summer with a lingering ankle injury. He’s apparently starting off slow this summer. Check out about the 28 minute mark in this video.
