I have the same question. Shellie Greenman was hired as the "Director of Basketball Operations" two years ago, a position that didn't exist prior to that. Director of Basketball Operations and Director of Women's Basketball sound like pretty much the same thing,

Clarification, DOBO existed before Greenman because Jessica Carrington held that position for a few years as well. The DWB position might be a new version of DOBO, though.

I think CB meant first of its kind in a former player getting promoted to this position. Given we no longer have a dobo, Jaelynn has taken over that role with a different-ish title.
