I do not agree with playing Pulisic in an absolutely meaningless game.

We didn’t win the game, but we rested 9 starters for the all important Knock outs, which is now ‘one and done’. We won our Group, which we have never done in years. I don’t understand why some people are upset we lost the game last night.

It was basically a glorified exhibition match. Like watching an NFL team that already clinched its playoff seed playing a game in Week 17.

Go beat the Bosnians on Wednesday and nobody will care that we lost to the Turks.

And turkey was desperately trying to salvage something out of a very disappointing World Cup showing

Yeah I kinda wonder if them winning makes them look even worse now. It makes you wonder WT17 they were doing to lose to BOTH Paraguay and Australia.

Norway resting arguably the best striker in the world. And the just missed a penalty. They’re happy to go through as the #2 team. Some of these last round group games are just glorified friendlies.

Edit: But France is just better than Norway even with Haaland.

I wish that Dembele (of France) had not sold his soul to the Saudi soccer league for a boat load of cash. In a major soccer league in Europe, he would be a superstar. He would still be rich, but respected for playing in better competition.
