Happy TACO Tuesday everyone!
thing is, this is all news from pre election yet his party re nominated him and a majority of Americans voted for him. So what does this tell us about the nominating process, the opposing candidate, and the American people.

Trump is president in spite of all these things. Maybe we need to stop complaining/pointing out what everyone knew prior to the election and come up with a way to avoid this kind of choice in the future.

Sure, the nominees have sucked for the last few cycles and I think the two party system sucks, but it won’t change if everyone has your attitude.

What I’m saying is maybe you should look in the mirror. You could have voted third party in 2020 and 2024. If enough people did it would force change. Or you could have held your nose and voted for Kamala. Do you honestly think she would be worse than the guy you voted for? With a Republican Congress to block her?

It is always surprising to me that well spoken, seemingly introspective people like yourself voted for Trump after the 2016 election. You saw his chaos, you know his actions aren’t really ”great” for America (even if he fools many on his “no wars, good for the economy” snake oil) and apparently you were ok with more.

Or maybe Republicans need to take responsibility for supporting and protecting a pedophile.

Kamala would have been way worse. She was an absolutely stupid individual.

Democrats should continue to be punished for letting her near the levers of power.

You say this with such confidence as you do with all stupid things that you say. You can claim she was a bad candidate, but you can't logically support that a law school graduate who passed the California Bar is stupid.

if we independents would have voted for a third party candidate we likely would have Harris as President. This is the same Harris that we don't want anywhere near the candidacy in 2028. Does that make sense.

How were voters supposed to know republicans would have control of Congress to block her?

I told you, I vote policies. In spite of the dumb things trump says and does, it is my opinion that at least some of his policies are better than the alternatives...immigration, defence, taxes, climate change, housing, election integrity...The democrats are going too far left for me..

So, require IQ tests for all red-hat clad rejects before voting registration is permitted?

She absolutely crushed trump in their only debate
If she is stupid what does that say about trump?

Lol that never happened. She tried running a basement campaign because her polling went down every time she opened her mouth. The people sho believe she won that debate were also confident she was going to win the state of Iowa based on an ann selzer poll that was off by something like 19 points from reality 🙄 😂

Let's assume that she was actually assigned that role{she wasn't), would you claim that a Lawyer who passed the California Bar is "stupid"?

Dems first

Well, okay, you have presented @Huey Grey 2 with an excruciatingly difficult choice.

Either bite the bullet, grin and bear it, and suffer through two and a half more years of the Marmalade Moron to maintain support of Stacie-Marie Laughton for POTUS in 2028…

OR….

…withdraw support of the Stacie-Marie Laughton/Dixon Cox 2028 ticket in exchange for the MIB developing a spine (and a brain) and saying adios! to the Tangerine Tyrant before his inevitable Oval Office sh*t spasm, vegetable-inducing stroke.

Gee, how long are you giving Huey to decide? He might need a day or two before agreeing to sign off on that deal. 🙄

Yawn... Every MAGA knows this and they don't care. If a guy they didn't know did HALF this stuff, they wouldn't elect him dog catcher. But this is Donald Trump, their Lord and Savior. As Trump said, he could go out and shoot someone down in the street and lose no votes. It's true. Baffling, but true.

They do love to point out the flaws in others, but TRUMP can do anything and their support will never waiver.

She would not have finished in the top three of an open primary. #fact
She started in first place in the 2020 primary season and dropped to last place after the first debate (tulsi gabbard buried her that night and was kicked out of the party for it). The more she talks the more people realize she was a DEI hire who failed/slept her way up to being the border czar/VP (which she also failed at)

Well, we have folks on the left telling us how Musk (the freaking richest man in the world) is stupid. So there's that. But I agree that she's not stupid and neither is Musk.

I LITERALLY (and yes I know the difference between literally and figuratively) laughed out loud when I saw this. Trump is the biggest whiner/cry baby politition I've EVER seen. A snowflake among snowflakes.
I'm glad I was able to bring you some laughter and cheer! I know you libs are generally pretty miserable people so you're welcome 😀

Well, I'm actually a moderate (everyone hates me), but I don't consider myself a miserable person. While I don't care for Trump at all, it's not like it affects my daily life. I have plenty of Trump supporter friends and plenty of Lib friends. I don't let politics effect who I like and don't like. I've said it on here a bunch of times. I first voted when Bush the 1st became President and have voted in every election since then with the exception of the Bush/Gore election where I had a last minute work trip happen. My life has NEVER changed one damn bit depending on who got elected POTUS. Why would I let that change who I like and don't like?

Maybe if the Dems could come up with a better candidate than Harris? Think about that, that's a funny thought.
The fact that the Democratic Party is a sh*t show is irrelevant. This false dichotomy you guys keep presenting as justification for Trump is one of the laziest commitments to sticking with an obvious logical fallacy I have ever seen.

All things being equal, Kamala was a weak candidate, as evidenced by the withdrawing of her presidential campaign before Christmas 2019. Again, the Democratic Party is lost. Joe Biden’s dumbass should have never been allowed anywhere near a debate stage in 2020 let alone at the top of the Democratic ticket. Joe Biden’s dumbass should have never said out loud “You ain’t black!” for anyone black and voting for Trump let alone bafflingly stupid remarks like “Surge the border.”

Furthermore, even if it was his intention, Joe Biden’s dumbass should have never publicly stated he would only pick a woman of color as a running mate if he had any desire not to fuel the belief that Democrats prefer DEI hires over qualified people. Joe Biden’s dumbass should have never attempted re-election as an octogenarian just as the Democratic Party should have never gaslighted the American people about Biden having all of his marbles in order. And last but certainly not least, the Democratic Party should have had an open convention in 2024.

All of those things are unequivocally true and yet…unequivocally irrelevant to the fact Trump became the Republican nominee not once, not twice, but three times.

In short, the narrative you guys keep spinning doesn’t work. Harris was a weak candidate, for sure. And yet she was not only infinitely more qualified than Trump but 1,000 x more competent. So, spare us the “Kamala was the spawn of Satan feminist Nazi from Hell” drivel. It’s nonsense. From Day One of her selection as VP, she was attacked viciously by the MIB for the stereotypical reasons any woman of color is—“she’s a ho and slept her way up,” “she’s the most awful candidate ever,” “her laugh is weird,” “blah blah blah.” That’s the real issue: Kamala is brown and has a uterus. That’s really what’s being said when the usual racist, misogynistic tropes get indiscriminately hurled at WOC. If there was ever any doubt, Hillbilly Hokit’s “Michelle Obama is a man” left-field outburst at the trailer trash, UFC 250 circle jerk removed all doubt.

Full stop.
