Thus far, prevention of tampering has not been enforced, so I guess I assumed the same.
I am thinking it's more like "I may as well coach pro basketball if I am going to have to deal with annual free agency (transfer portal) and contracts".
...and hitching yourself to the Cooper Flagg wagon early in his career definitely doesn't hurt.
I hope Boynton does very well. He was a good soldier in his playing days and had a very strong SR year .... he seems to be a man of character and with the issues over the years with coaches (both FB and BB), they need someone like him in place ....
