The Tennessee Titans and Jeffery Simmons agreed to a three-year, $105.8 million contract extension that makes him the highest-paid defensive tackle in league history, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo reported Friday.

Mount Rushmore guy. Gives back to the community that he lives in and the community he came from. That’s the difference between Mullen and Freeze. Mullen’s guys come back any chance they can. How often do AJ Brown or the Nkemdiches go back to Oxford?

I got to watch him in person for the first time in years this past fall in Nashville, and he has to be on my personal Top 5 freak athlete list. It’s such a shame that his career’s been completely wasted up to this point on an inept franchise, but he was just manhandling NFL O linemen play after play
At this point, the "he can't recruit" narrative should be dead.
