yes and noIsn't it true that following his HoF career, Mike Teel's sibling was denied admission to Rutgers? Sometimes common sense tells you to make a few exceptions.
if the sibling is a moron with crappy grades then no but if on the cusp then yes

Knights don’t worry about pawnsBut you aren't one. You're all talk. A board joke now.
Someone who buys one season ticket and one parking pass at the lowest donation level = pawn. Aka, DeadbeatAlKnights don’t worry about pawns
You typed a lot to say nothing.
This is the #1 issue confronting Rutgers football and the biggest reason we have the #37 class . Nothing else matters, Nick. Rutgers Football will not be competitive without adequate financial support

Rutgers doesn’t win enough because most of you don’t donate enough - Forums
The only reason we don’t win big, is that most of you aren’t serious about winning. It’s a lot easier to run your big mouth on the messageboard, than write that big check to support the football program. I have very strong connections to the University of Miami football program, and the...www.on3.com

Coach Prime has it. We don’t. Key players in his TCU victory were Shadeur Sanders and Travis Hunter. Took lots of money to get both on the roster. You’re right. My Granddaughter is a rising junior who should never have been admitted. Scraping by in low level college courses after a bad HS career and lazy and fat. But guess they wanted a white girl from DC. A generation earlier they rejected her uncle with good grades, all state in soccer. He’s now CFO of a major medical supply company. Used to be a great school in 50’s and 60’s.Rutgers just doesn't care about legacy or the view provided. A real shame and RU admissions goes out of it's way to diversify the population at the expense of qualified kids.
generational families provide more monies to schools, RU doesn't get it
This needs to be repeated because it’s the biggest blocker to our success. Meanwhile, you don’t have a problem with all the Schiano stinks posts, so who is kidding whom? You typed a lot of say the same exact thing you repeat near weekly.

You becoming a PSU fan and relieving RU of your curse. The prerequisite to being a champion is Money, lots of it. Show me a championship team, and I’ll show you the boosters who made it happen. While we don’t have whales, but we do have enough alumni in a 600K strong alumni base who can give enough to make it happen.
For us to be champions, we need 1,000 boosters to pony up $100K one time for a Fieldhouse. Rutgers will bond the rest, per Schiano’s first contract. We also need 1,000 boosters to pony up $20K a year for NIL support. This is more critical than the Fieldhouse investment, if we have to prioritize.
Miami has 14 4⭐️ or 5⭐️ recruits because they have Money. Ohio State has similar numbers.
We have one, because currently, our value proposition isn’t strong enough to entice the best recruits.
we have to donate more, to catch up to our big ten peers, who have been donating for generations. It will take 4 years of consistent support to be a contender. That roughly how long it took Miami.

The issue isn’t a curse. It’s cheapskates in the fanbase who want to win on the cheap. That’s not possible in today’s game. It hasn’t been possible ever. 157 years of mostly lousy football proves this. 17-53-1 vs Princeton proves this. You becoming a PSU fan and relieving RU of your curse.

Do you have a sadistic need to expose the rest of the people in this board to this nonsense.I gotta be honest - I'm intrigued by this Field House idea. @RutgersAl can you elaborate / provide more details? What is needed and what could it do for the program???
Perhaps he is a masochistDo you have a sadistic need to expose the rest of the people in this board to this nonsense.
Could be the first thing I agree with you on. Embarrassing AL at it again.
the lack of self awareness by Al is almost comical.. He is either one of the stupidest people I have seen on these boards or an incredible trollThere are a bunch of people in this thread I don't normally agree with and vice versa but DeadbeatAl seems to be bringing everyone together in their hate of him.
He was much better when he was the lanky goof predicting we'd win the NC every year. Then he turned into the annoying beer bellied dad bod guy (ironic because he can't even get a girlfriend) who is constantly rage posting about everyone not donating enough to help the team win, when he himself isn't donating.
At this point he should just go be a Miami fan. Everyone is done with him and his stupidity.
