CWS Sooners 2026 champs

Yeah that was a whooping. Beautiful weather so far
The amount of Beaver at the CWS bars this year has been average at best. But it has been a blast.
That makes the series better with Texas gone
they made me a pitcher and outfielder, so prob not very good.. but it was fun to play as a kid, like I said, but who can sit through one of those snooze fests? it must just be for people with slow cpu's upstairs.
So if Carolina wins it all, they will have done it by beating one national seed (twice), #16 WVU. In terms of facing seeded opponents, that's got to be one of the easiest roads the the championship ever.
Both these teams were in the North Carolina regional with Nebraska and Holy Cross in Chapel Hill. I attend that regional last year with friends and Chapel Hill is very nice campus and friendly people and amazing tree lines.
I mean that had easily one of the top 2 or 3 hardest regionals to play in. Played a top 10 RPI team in the Supers.. Seeded teams don't matter, these 8 teams were the hottest teams coming into the tournament, nothing is easy, especially with baseball

Pretty automatic as a Dukie to root against Carolina.

Yes it is. I'll be happy when the Holes go to the SEC and Duke is in the B10.
The Duke/Carolina rivalry is hate-filled, unlike the old school Nebraska/Oklahoma rivalry which I found to be more respectful in every way.
