I'm just convinced he doesn't know a lot about college basketball...Maybe insider recruiting tidbits now and then, but the actual game, how it is played and what constitutes an effective player -- he's in the dark except when mimicking his betters.
Goodman's problem was with Cal more than UK.
The first call today from a blind guy asking a hypothetical question about being tickled. Then asking will stein if he bleeds blue or red. II just turned it off.
Stein was awesome on there. Just a dude talking to dudes. Knows the schtick and rolled with it.
What they said about the 27 class is what I was afraid of because I’d heard it said previously. That the 2027 class is one of the worst, if not the worst, class in the last 15-20 years. Said there’s nobody with a talent level of Stokes which is saying a lot because Stokes would have been ranked in the 5-10 range had he been in the 2025 class that we just saw in college this year.
in other words, might want to temper expectations for Hampton. That’s just our luck that Pope finally seems to really get in good with some top ranked guys but it’s in a real weak class.
