Baseball 2026 NCALB 1st Rankings

Don, thanks for the American Legion baseball poll. Might be an interesting summer. Number 2 Union County is at #3 Cherryville, tomorrow night.
Even though it’s a first round game it will probably be streamed on WCSL unless they are carrying the Braves.

Don, if you didn’t get a chance to tune into the Union County at Cherryville game, C’ville won 14-11…There were many hits including 4 home runs. Oddly enough, there was only 1 error in the game.

I know coaches try to get new/potential pitchers some experience in first round games, so maybe this was one of them.

Don, Asheville is at Cherryville, tonight. Asheville beat them in their first game 8-7...If I've read this correctly, Cherryville is one game in first over Shelby...Cherryville and Shelby will play Monday night in C, then Tuesday night in S.
