Could this be the great DT prospect we've been waiting for?
Dannen is feeling the heat too, His job is on the line too.HS recruiting is hard for me to get excited about like I used to - but if I'm going to get excited THIS is the guy to do it.
Love this get! Something has changed.... Either Dannen has mandated a change of approach, the new coaches are better recruiters, Rhule has a fire under his butt, or all of the above - but I like the changes.
The best way for Dannen to not feel heat for the extension is for Rhule to turn it around. Just have to hope there’s enough success on the field in 2026 to keep the 2027 class together.Dannen is feeling the heat too, His job is on the line too.
I wouldn’t underestimate the amount of peer recruiting Trae is doing as well. Dude is hustling big time to pull together a squad. Seems like he has the leadership chops guys want to follow. Also - there must be money flowing from somewhere!HS recruiting is hard for me to get excited about like I used to - but if I'm going to get excited THIS is the guy to do it.

Perhaps we are promising $$$ above what others are offering these prospects?HS recruiting is hard for me to get excited about like I used to - but if I'm going to get excited THIS is the guy to do it.

It makes sense to make great NIL offers to HS kids especially at certain positions. If you need a stud DT, pass rusher or offensive tackle, good luck. There aren't many out there and they cost a ton of money. It's smart to develop the lines in house!Perhaps we are promising $$$ above what others are offering these prospects?

My first thought. I wonder if that little nut gobbler recruited him? Either way, these are the moves I want to seeSuck on that, PJ.
That would be great but the problem is both of those guys were freaks. It is so hard to give advice when your advice is "Yeah, just push the two OL out of the way"Anything is possible. I've wondered if Suh would be able to pass along his knowledge to the young men on the team. I'd include Gregory, but he might not be a positive role model...
Maybe if NU is lucky they can also go to a lame bowl game and keep their lame coach.Huskers killing it again this year on the recruiting trail.
Unfortunately, we've seen this scenario before.
The season is a different animal.

I think he is an iowa fan.Bite me.
Yea it sucks we’re recruiting so well again if not even better than before.
Character issues???Does a 4-star MN recruit draw ZERO interest from Minnesota?
Yes and no. Do you think that marijuana use is a bad thing? Gregory still continued it's use even when it was detrimental to his career. I think that weed should be legal. But it's not in many jurisdictions. I think that Gregory could inspire about winning culture. The problem he's going to have is when discussing discipline. You know what I mean?Anything is possible. I doubt Dannen is on any kind of hot seat Rhule isn't his hire and all the other athletic programs are doing well to great.
He's also handled the stadium update pretty well .
They are the same lame schools right now. You guys just glorify lame bowl games and a lame coach.Iowa>Nebraska
Well, maybe not in volleyball.
Then again, I don't think any Iowa players have been charged with multiple crimes and still were eligible.
It's only bad if it affects your employment, which was his unfortunate case.Yes and no. Do you think that marijuana use is a bad thing?
