Since the CFP is not governed by the NCAA, they are out of the picture entirely. That also means TTU couldn't sue the NCAA to be allowed in the CFP.
Hell, a judge has already ruled that he suffers from a disease and being able to play football is somehow therapeutic.
And now the judge can be held liable when he develops CTE and then it goes full circle.
This has its root in the love of money. By that I mean the worship of wealth.
You could apply that to just about everything that is wrong with college football.
