I would think they would all recuse themselves and the Chief Justice would then assign a special panel to hear the appeal. Usually, Judges do try to avoid the appearance of impropriety, even if in their heart/mind they know none exists. Per the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct:

Canon 2: Avoiding Impropriety and the Appearance of Impropriety in All of the Judge’s Activities

Judges get to decide this themselves- and no one can force their hand. Our entire system is corrupt as hell.

It's like expecting a 3 year old to police himself in a room full of crystal vases.

YAWN.
UGA and Nebraska are in 2 seperate conferences. So no chance they would end up scheduling TT.
And now with mandatory 9 conference game mandate, this is nothing more than performance posturing.
You know, my friend.
I have no idea how my comment got posted on this board.

I do not pay for this 'opportunity', nor ever would.
Rather flummoxed as to why I'm here.
I don't want to be here, you don't want me here.

The logic you express is exactly what I should expect.

If the overall 'system' of 'suits' holding on to their un-earned boatloads of cash doesn't change, none of this will matter. Consider this angle instead of your myopic view of my comment:

The Brendan Sorsby ruling should be the tipping point that leads to the only viable solution

It will give you perspective that neither this site nor TigerIllustrated.com offers.

THINK.
That's the best avenue for every single body.
Not 'fandom'.
That's an illusion that will continually take you places that are ultimately unhealthy.

Goodbye to all.

TTU would sue under the ADA, claiming the CFP was discriminating against a handicapped individual (Sorsby) and not providing him with reasonable accommodation.

That's not as bizarre as it may sound.

Don't have the guts to handle simple player eligibility rulings in a timely manner much less taking this step.

Since the CFP is not governed by the NCAA, they are out of the picture entirely. That also means TTU couldn't sue the NCAA to be allowed in the CFP.
