Fingers and toes crossed.
I want to believe. Have seen glimpses of hope.article ends with "Don't look now, but the Iowa offense has all the potential to be elite not only next season, but also in the future."
is this by a hawkeye beat writer or people outside the iowa orbit starting to take notice?
Not sure on that onearticle ends with "Don't look now, but the Iowa offense has all the potential to be elite not only next season, but also in the future."

There is absolutely no way RVZ will be declaring for the draft after this year.....So, if he is a 2027 commit and wants to play as a true frosh (it appears he does from his comments) then his biggest competition for playing time would probably be Diaz (three years left?) and Vander Zee. I would think Vander Zee, if he is as good as we hope, could be gone after this year, but who knows. If he sees those two as stiff competition, then he may go elsewhere. Of course there are others, but I don't think Iowa has too many four star receivers on the roster or even in the pipeline.
But it is nice that we at least made his final four, so Lester must be doing something right.
Maybe the quarterback Santibanez will help sway him.
I will be waiting with baited breath for this Thursday.
Not surprised. Burden taken #6 in 25 and Coleman drafted in 26. Not to mention Missouri has deeper pockets. He just committed to Mizzou
It’s from Bleacher Report. Barely a step above “fan fiction” or citing Wikipedia as fact.article ends with "Don't look now, but the Iowa offense has all the potential to be elite not only next season, but also in the future."

There are no moral victories in recruiting in coming “so close” as the article suggests. It’s a zero sum game. I still see the Budmayr hire as a bust at this point.
