How they rig elections in California:

They count all the ballots.

They stop and look at the results

If the Democrats have won, they announce the win.

If the Democrats lose, they print just enough Democrat votes to win, and then announce the win.

Then they destroy all of the ballots, leaving no evidence.

This has been going on for decades.

Prediction:

The currently underway steal-the-vote operation in Los Angeles will be exposed and, in doing so, light the fuse for the much larger election-fraud takedown in the US, ultimately leading to revelations that the 2020 election was indeed stolen—starting with the exposure of shenanigans in Fulton County, GA, and Maricopa County, AZ.

The ensuing furor will provide the catalyst to get the SAVE America Act in place before the election in November.
