Important, challenging and very competitive. But the BWICAC have painted themselves into a corner over the years with their definition of "big games." If it isn't Ohio State, Oregon or a playoff game with Notre Dame pedigree.....it IS NOT a big game.PSU also has games at Washington and against USC; I consider those to be important, if not big, games.
Playoff win.....no Fiesta Bowl no Rose Bowl no Cotton Bowl no 13 wins....not a big win in the bunch. 10 wins...only beat teams without a pulse. It all comes home to roost now. USC, UM and Washington each lost 4 games last year.
By the definition of the experts here (not mine) PSU will not see a big game until the conference championship or the playoffs.
