I am not sure that Stokes is a better player than Momcilovic at this level. He's going to be a better pro, but productivity in college? I can see Momcilovic taking a big step forward. Stokes is going to have an adjustment. And he's going to have to carry a lot of the load at KU.

If they are they are fools. Let Momcilovic do his job so that they may do their's more abundantly.

If it felt like he was getting who he wanted according to a plan, I'd have given it a B. But every kid brought in felt like it was seeing what sticks. For that reason, I don't know how this class turns out.

True. I did want him fired. THEY DIDN'T DO IT. What I will not do, is root for Pope to suck the next 10 months so I can say, see, they should have fired him. I hope the dude wins #9 and gets a 5 year extension. Whoever the coach is, during the season, they are my coach and my team and I am going to root for them. If you want to rip us for the next 10 months, go join the Arkansas board and be among friends

We need to re visit this thread in March.

For the people who gave a C and below: if Kentucky finishes in the Top 20, then they have to give Pope an A+ coaching job.

I mean only an elite coach could take such a horrible recruiting class and make them finish in the Top 20.


And vice versa, if Kentucky doesn't finish in the top 20, then the people giving this class a B and above have to admit that the coaching job was terrible, barring no injuries.
