It’s a whole production, Wisconsin bratwurst feasts. Our nephew got married the other week (his dad is the Sheboygan BIL), so of course we feasted. The end result is excellent but sometimes you’d take a look around expecting to see someone chanting and burning incense.
Side cut, mustard, raw onions, grilled slightly burnt beef dog and toasted bum. Only way and kind I'll eat.
