Dan Hurley, UConn add 7-foot Arkansas transfer Elmir Dzafic to roster

I watched a fair amount of Arkansas last year and never heard of this kid. So I just looked him up.
He isn’t eating into Hines playing time one bit. My guess is he’s a third string type, emergency “big”.
Uconn had a third string big last year named Dwayne Koroma, a 6'8 player who probably would have started for us, or at least gotten big minutes at the 4 or 5 positions. And they had another one that I don't recall ever seeing the floor named Elazaj who was also a 7'2 C. This signing is probably to replace him as a last option.
Hines playing time will be limited.They will always recruit over him.
