Are y'all in favor of sending him out to troll UL like Stokes did to us?

PS: FEELS GOOD TO BE BACK!!
I am not in favor of duplicating or in any matter emulating the behavior of Stokes: We have been here before- act like it.

The #1 thing I really admired about the way Nick Saban coached, was how his players conducted themselves: They were Alabama, and you were not. Not a lot of finger pointing, outlandish celebrations after each tackle or reception, very little taunting on field or in the media. Their fans are not mouthy on social media (comparatively speaking) - every fan base has "those" fans.

We are Kentucky: We celebrate National Championships. Wake me up to pound my chest when we win #9. GBB!

Pope would probably give up his left nut just to not whiff on this mom guy. Larry Bird loading.

If he comes to UK then shuts Stokes down that will be funny AF when we play Kansas. I'm hoping a guy like him as a senior is basically a all star at this point.
He might outscore Stokes but he won't shut him down. Lack of Defense is one of the things that kept him out of the NBA.

Stokes is much better all around player. But sure Momcilovic may outscore him.

to the original question, it’s a punk *** move, so no.

If it's a done deal why hasn't he announced
It was said from the beginning that Sunday was the deadline. As early as last night, but 3-4 days max. I just hope we wrap it up today. The longer I goes with us supposedly leading and at the end without a commit… the more worried I become. This is the roadblock for every single top recruit we have missed on. This very point in the recruitment.

Honestly, no. I just want him announced for us ASAP. The anticipation is killing me and I can’t help but keep worrying something happens and he doesn’t wind up at Kentucky.

We have 800,000 insiders and analysts saying it’s Kentucky, but I feel like we have been living in a recurring nightmare of “done deals” that end up in other uniforms. Just be a 🐱

It better not be to Arizona for less money than we offered. Or to Louisville for any amount of money. That would be tough to overcome.

Mom isn't shutting down a cone. Need pope's first year offense back too. He's not a put the ball in his hands ISO scorer like Oweh was. Mom would not have been good in last year offense.

Is Momi better than Derek Willis ?
Outside both being white-ish guys, similar height and being above average shooters.....is there a comparison between the two?

WIllis best year was 18 mpg, 7 pts a game, 48%FG and 44%3pt...and an anemic 4 boards a game...while playing with Ullis/Jamal Murray were the focus point of the offense.

Momcilovic worst scoring season in 10 pts a game....his last season was 17pts a game. He shot 49%3pt all while being the top offensive threat (maybe Jefferson was near him as team leader). Also,Momcivolic can put it on deck and has secondary moves off his jumper.

So, I get WIllis worked from being not playable to a solid contributer his last 2 years at UK....but he's not in the same class of offensive fire power as Momcivolic.

Willis was pretty good as an upperclassman, especially as a junior when he had a TS% pushing 70.

Playing with Ulis helped. Fox was a great player, but he couldn’t set players up as well as Ulis. Willis benefited immensely from having Ulis as a PG.

Exactly a done deal is exactly that a DONE DEAL. Our fanbase I'm actually starting to feel sorry for we are all starving for such good news we are trying to hang on to every little thing and run with it... I honestly hope we have a very successful year but I honestly hope when we get this new AD there is a lot of changes around the basketball program!

Milan knew from the moment he exited the draft that there were only 3 - 5 teams in the race for him, realistically. Kentucky checks all the boxes and then some for him, as he does for us.

I expect that since Wednesday he and his agent are finalizing the deal and tying up all the loose ends he may have, and ironing out the announcement timing (soon, as in asap). More to this than what we know going on behind the scenes. It has the feel of being *very* close to done and a matter of time.

Let's stay quietly optimistic here. No reason we shouldn't be.

Things that make you go ... Hmmm ....

They felt better coming out of the meeting than they’ve felt, but they’re not confident they have what it takes to land him. He also commented Arizona doesn’t have the money to get this done.

And S. John's is already out, getting Yesssman.

Reports saying 8 - 9 million package (undisclosed) nearly what Hough got from Florida to come here to Kentucky .... it's a huge rumbling sound now. Big Blue Mist showing up at last ? That sure sounds and look like a Big Blue storm of a BOOM is going to reverberate WHEREVER (?) he may land ?

We shall see

hmmm, indeed !

Go Big Blue !
