About time...

And also annoying that Lacrosse didn't pass. Both the boys and the girls are dying for a shot clock in that sport. Esp the girls where you can't even really be physical and girls can just stall for minutes on end.

Disagree. It’ll force teams to play with some urgency , create more excitment and moments in a game. I like it a lot.
yeah itll suck for the schools to figure out how to procure and implement the hardware but overall it’s great for the game.

Agree 100%. An example of it ain't broke so why fix it? I haven't seen a HS basketball game in NJ in years but have their coaching ranks been flooded with Dean Smith disciples????
It might be a good rule when the blue bloods play each other but for an average HS game you're going to see some terrible shot selection.

It's tough because lower level program games really don't need it

But when you get to games between teams that are tops in conference, and one team has the lead and holding ball soon as fourth quarter starts, that's some bullsh*t basketball

Especially when get to post season, example Montgomery vs Plainfield this past season in finals... Montgomery coach was limiting possessions and holding ball for minute plus in first half every possession. Tough to watch.

Side note on women's side I have seen Klinger at Rutgers Prep do some serious stalling and clock kill in second half of post season games over the years, it's just brutal
