I am just happy to see any school outside P4 get a host weekend.
It was not too long ago that Rice, Tulane, Coastal Carolina, CS Fullerton, Long Beach State all had realistic chances to be host sites
Coastal Carolina was top 10 3 weeks ago and fell apart the last 3 weeks. Rice fell apart after Wayne Graham left. Oregon State is still an elite program that will be a national power for years to come.
Mighty St John's has more athletic department bravado than men's hoops...going to super regionals
Since super regional era came to existence 1999 this is first instance that a cws team from prior season won't be in a super
