Question: Would any of you cash ALL of these in (no playoffs in the non-football sports) for 1 NCAAF playoff win?

I will admit I've really enjoyed the MBB and WVB seasons. Those were fun. I want to care about Softball but the bases are like 4.5 men's steps apart and it's tough. WBB I can't get into.

Well of course by changing the narrative . The point of the thread is how well our Athletics programs are doing as whole this sports season.

I really doubt this state forgets Volleyball.

You do realize Nebraska won both National Championships in the same year right.

if your the Nebraska fan you say you are you would know that fact.

The basketball team sure made us forget about the football team.

If the football team makes the playoffs and if you think that the posts/coverage for FB and VB will be the same, well, you know it won't.

How many posts have to do with something about FB or FB related and how many have to do with VB?

From a quick count on the first page there are 11 posts about FB and 1 about VB.

And FB sucks right now, so imagine if they get really good.

That's fair. The sports programs at NU are doing very well overall and I am enjoying it as I said. But this is a football board and the rules aren't that we have to agree with the premise of an OP but to chime in - and my chime in is that I would trade football success for all the rest. It's part of the discussion on a football board IMO

I’m talking the local media. Not this message board.
For crying out loud you don’t even care about the Baseball program, be a Husker fan.

You’d know the difference if you belonged to the Red Sea scrolls and I’d bet you don’t own football season tickets.

Trust me I wouldn’t love more than being the program I’ve known since the Devaney era.

I’ve suffered through all my life with the basketball program, and this was the most gratifying season all of Husker fans enjoyed.

You think that if the Husker FB team makes the playoffs...that the local media will cover the VB more than the FB team?

I mean, the local media covers the FB more than VB NOW.
