Georgia Tech's 9 hitter has six home runs in the last 7 games. Pretty ridiculous.

Them playing in a ballpark where anything in the air has a chance to go out is going to lead to a lot of runs.

Whether or not GT can “offense” its way through the CWS in Omaha is going to be very intriguing. The ball still does there. Not as bad as it used to. But it still is absolutely a pitcher’s park.

Their lineup is as good as I can recall, hitters with outstanding BAs & with power! They have roared back now with 16 runs on walks, hits & then the bomb! 16-10, Jackets!

College baseball is wild
Gators are avg like 12 runs game the last few days
lets see if they do anything

Baseball is a weird game but look at the scores, hitting seems to be winning over pitching right now.
I had some one mention the new ways to take batting practice against pitchers prior to games as being a big reason. Thoughts on that?
Are the hitters just better now? Some staggering stats being put up by individuals & even teams. So many guys well into he .400s.
