Hell, I voted for W twice and if John McCain had picked a better running mate I probably won't have ever voted for Obama.

But I just wasn't sure McCain was healthy enough to survive his time in office and I really disliked Palin and the rest of the Tea Party movement. Self-examination of why I didn't like the TP movement actually made me realize I was probably far more socially liberal than I had thought.

Now, I just hate nearly everything that MAGA has done to the Republican party and I know I will never vote for any Republican who has bent a knee to Trump

Said it a million times, but I loathed Donald Trump in the 1980s because he was a s.hit human being. I think he was even a Democrat or more Dem-leaning back then too - but as a human - he's a pile of excrement with no redeeming value. It's INSANE he has been elected president of the United States because of that. Frankly, it reflects poorly on our culture and society.

Don't mind him. He's maga through and through.

He just also happens to have enough wherewithal to know he should feel shame considering how objectively awful it's all gone. Just one of the millions that thinks it's better to convince themselves they couldn't possibly be wrong and this will all blow over in time...unless the cRaZy libruls keep doing stuff that forces Republicans to continue down the road of corruption and authoritarianism.

I finally put him on ignore. Anyone with maga vibes gets put on ignore because they provide nothing of value, and are disingenuous to the core. They provide absolutely zero insight, and most likely are racist fvcks too.
