Not a fan of the easy courses, not a huge fan of the US Open courses that are made tough by thick rough.

Would love to see some new courses that are tough for reasons other than rough. Put these dudes on an 8500 yard course or something

I just don't want to see a repeat of the disaster they had at Shinnecock Hills, where the greens were trimmed ultra short so they were lightning fast, but also dried out so quickly that they USGA decided it had to water a bunch of greens on the back nine on Sunday, while a big segment of the field had yet to play them. Talk about unfair ...

I used to work for a company based in Charleston, and have visited that area many times. It's very much like where I live in the Florida Panhandle. I could see myself living in coastal SC.

I could too, if I was on the water and it was my full time residence. Not a good area for a vacation house for us, as we enjoy our springs, summers, and falls here in Iowa, and would only really want to be out of Iowa during the winter. Problem is that its not warm enough during the winter to enjoy the ocean.
