Cuba can’t keep the lights on but they’re going to attack the U.S.? Yeah, I don’t believe that for a second. This is the administration creating a reason to act militarily.

The bigger threat is the potential humanitarian crisis. Wouldn’t surprise me if we have another Mariel boatlift before too long.
