We should definitely not help them and force them to invite, Russia, China and Iran to save them, putting them all 60 miles away for Cuban Missile crisis part 2.
Guys, as most of you know, I'm all about bashing Trump when I can. But Cuba is an enemy country that's figuratively in our back yard. I find that I give ZERO shiits about what happens to them. Russia and China are enemy countries as well. I say this is a good time to take a page out of China's playbook (a la Taiwan). We don't invade Cuba, but we force China and Russia to save them and to continually support them with fuel and other aid. Make THEM pay for a change!!
Cuba without petroleum products would still be little more than roughing it on a beach...
Pretty sure they'll lose electricity and therefore hospitals will be effected. But, yeah, no ice for daiquiris.
