I know a lot of you libs and haters still believe in Russia Russia.

On December 20, 2016, the FBI found out that the supposed super source behind the fraudulent Steele dossier, the man portrayed as having access to Putin’s innermost secrets, was in fact a total nobody who had interned at the Brookings Institution. When questioned, the supposed super source told the FBI that the dossier was just bar talk.

Despite this, Comey proceeded as though it were real, taking it to the FISA court and briefing Congress on the lies, all while pretending he didn’t know it was made up. Worst of all, he also briefed President Trump, then leaked the fact that he had briefed President Trump, thereby laundering those lies into a full scale investigative and media operation that drove a multi year lawfare campaign against a sitting president and those around him.

So when Comey now adopts a sanctimonious tone about the FBI being “under siege,” it lands with a particular irony. He is the one who turned the FBI into the siege engine.

I’m not aware of any non-MAGA from HROT who supports Putin. Once upon a time, we a had a thread with over 2M views and 1k pages celebrating his failure in Ukraine. This site’s Putin thread is its third iterarion, albeit with none of the same verve of even the second iteration still going on HROT.

We have a long thread on the Ukraine war here that went inactive due to no new compelling updates. This post was more directed at people who think Trump did collude with Russia back then and still in partnership with putin.

I cannot connect the dots as to how this makes people believe in Russia. They are a bad actor. Period. McCain called all of this out years ago. That’s why I support our aid to Ukraine and believe in NATO. Ukraine has indeed suffered from corruption, but on the whole they have proven to be a tremendous military power, who we should partner with, not undermine.

I am not in favor of US involvement in Ukraine but am fine with the current model of selling equipment to Europe who can then turn and give it to Ukraine. I am not excited about the US action with Iran either but at this point let's win it and get rid of those radicals. Ukraine has always just been a US proxy to pick at Russia with. The cia ran a coup there and its been downhill from that point.

The most ironic part about the Russian collusion hoax is that hillary and obama quite literally went to actual Russian oligarchs to concoct the long debunked steele dossier. It's always projection with the left. Always.

Let the arrests begin.

I am okay with the efforts in Iran as long as it doesn't turn out to be a long drawn out effort with boots on the ground in combat roles. Ending the largest global sponsor of terrorism and their nuclear ambitions is an absolute win. The best part will be recovering the enriched uranium residue and doing forensic analysis on it. The left is going to have a lot of damage control if (when) it's revealed the uranium originated in the USA and was part of hillary Clinton's corrupt uranium one scandal.

Iran and Ukraine are entirely different things. We will NEVER have a better ROI on aid than what we have provided to Ukraine. They have crippled the Russian war machine and greatly lessened Russia’s political influence. Imho, trillions of dollars of benefit now and into the future. And they have done all of the fighting. We should still be arming them to the teeth.
