It was a criticism of the thought process that somehow the people that actively voted against him or didn't scream loud enough about hating trans people are responsible for MAGA douchebags voting for Trump. Just roasting the fence sitting Republicans and Independents that have been waiting patiently for normality while pretending they don't have a role in things.

Yeah, it can be slow and maybe a little hard to follow, but it's absolutely worth it.

8.3 on IMDb and 97/87 on Rotten Tomatoes.

Since the last season ended, I started reading the books. They have clarified some things for me and they are absolutely excellent reads. I just started the 6th book in the series (plus 3 short stories).

Strong recommendation!

More Len Deighton than Le Carre, imo. More humor than either - mostly politically incorrect asides from Jackson Lamb - and mostly the dry social commentary type. They aren't comedies by any stretch.
