May be more to the Vrabel affair than we realized.

Mike Vrabel allegedly leaked inside Titans information to a reporter he was having a six-year affair with. It reportedly moved draft boards. The NFL's response is to not investigate.
Here's what Austin Stanley at A to Z Sports put together. Dianna Russini was supposed to cover the 2022 draft for ESPN. She stayed in Nashville instead and broke the AJ Brown trade to Philadelphia on draft night. Vrabel's Titans went 32-17 with Brown. Without him they went 13-21 and Vrabel got fired.
The next year she tweets on draft night that the Titans want to trade up to three for CJ Stroud, the Texans change their entire first-round plan, and then the tweet gets deleted. Houston ends up burning extra draft capital to land Will Anderson at three after grabbing Stroud at two. Stroud wins Offensive Rookie of the Year and takes the Texans to three straight playoffs.
Vrabel is coaching the Patriots right now. Russini resigned in April and went completely dark. Multiple franchises allegedly adjusted their draft boards based on information leaking out of Nashville. Roger Goodell has decided none of that is worth looking at.

Sounds like vrabel was doing his job. Getting other teams to scramble based on social media

Also I don’t understand anything about the Texans thing.

Very interesting but there's nothing for the NFL to investigate. Front offices/coaches leak BS to reporters all the time. If that did happen, her leaking the Titans wanted Stroud at 3 really hurt the Titans. Unless the allegation is that he was trying to undermine the organization.

If I was Goodell, making 60+ million per year doing nothing, then I'd too would do nothing about Vrabel & Russini.

Much ado about not much. This story is low hanging fruit, it’s going to be around and sensationalized until the season kicks off. Too many “reporters” with podcasts, YT and TikTok broadcasts and not enough news to go around.
