I’ve never heard of this place but when I saw “Masonite Drive” it was pretty easy to tell it was not a particularly safe or upscale establishment.
Yeah. Pretty much anything along and to the southeast of I-59 was a no-go zone really for all my life. Exception being the hospital and Hwy 15 area. Even then stay on the northwest side of the Interstate.
